Take a relaxing 1.5-hour boat ride in Tam Coc – “Halong Bay on land”. You’ll float through rice fields, Ngo Dong rivers, and 3 caves, with beautiful views of the mountains and sky.

Get back on the bus and head to Mua Cave (also known as Dancing Cave). Walk up almost 500 steps to the top of Lying Dragon Mountain. Enjoy an amazing view of Tam Coc.

Beautiful scenery, well-organized tour, and a great mix of culture and nature. Loved the peaceful boat ride in Tam Coc, cycling through villages, and the epic view from Hang Múa. Guide was friendly and knowledgeable, food was tasty, and everything ran smoothly. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed this 3 day, 2 night tour. The bus picked us up in Hanoi and we visited a bunch of sites on the way to Ninh Binh. Everything was very organized. James, our guide was great. We liked all of our stops – the temple, the row boat, the hike and lotus fields. The Bungalow hotel in Ninh Binh wasn’t exactly luxurious, but the manager, Pineapple, was so much fun and the was delicious. The bus ride to Halong Bay was long, but comfortable. The highlight of the tour was the boat. Tim, the boat manager, was so personable and attentive. He managed to get us to the various attractions before the crowds. The boat was very fancy, the food was delicious. The only thing we would change is to stay a second night.

highly recommend this trip. Ha Long Bay is super beautiful so is Ninh Binh. I especially like the Bungalow (Tom Coc garden) we stayed at the Ninh Binh. The group was separated to different cruises on the second day. I was on Alisa Premier and the staff was fantastic. Enjoying Ha Long Bay at your own cabin is a totally different experience from a day trip. The tour operator communicated well with us both before and during the tour.
